The first O2C Summit was held in November 2011 in Stockholm. For an intense day a group of people met, listened and spoke about the do’s and dont’s in sales and customer invoice optimation. There are no doubts that these processes will be more looked into – the difficulty in ownerwhip internally and the demands for for instance different e-invoicing formats externally makes it even more important to look into.
