Closing keynote · Day 2 · 15 October
Mauricio Bozzo, Group CIO of Arrive, closes CPO Outlook 2026 on 15 October at Hotel Birger Jarl in Stockholm. He spent ten years in procurement before moving into technology leadership. His session is about the company you get when the pilot phase ends and the leaning in begins.
Why this keynote closes the summit
EBG’s own surveys describe where Nordic procurement stands: 74% still struggle with poor data, around 5% have integrated AI into their decisions, and not one organisation called itself digitally leading. High ambition, thin foundation.
Two days of theme discussions and peer labs will have worked through that foundation: data, competence, risk, the operating model. The final hour is given to a leader who has already built on top of it, at company level, with agents in every employee’s hands. That is why the session belongs last. It is the one place in the programme where the question is not how to prepare, but what it looks like once you have decided to go.
What Arrive has done, in Arrive’s own words
Arrive is the corporate name EasyPark Group adopted in June 2025, uniting brands including EasyPark, Flowbird, RingGo, ParkMobile and Parkopedia. Founded in 2001, the company is present in more than 20,000 cities across 90 countries, and has been listed by the Financial Times and Statista among Europe’s fastest-growing companies for three consecutive years.
Earlier in 2026, Mauricio Bozzo announced on LinkedIn the company-wide rollout of Gemini Enterprise to all 4,000-plus Arrive employees, writing that every employee can now build custom AI agents to tackle complex challenges and automate workflows, within a secure, connected environment. The same post described a comprehensive, hands-on training programme built on real-world use cases, and framed the move as an expression of the company’s core value of being relentlessly forward-thinking.
“This is more than just a new tool; it’s a fundamental shift in how we empower our people to innovate, excel, and become the architects of our future success.”
Mauricio Bozzo, LinkedIn, 2026
That is the decision EBG reads as leaning in: the tools go to everyone, with training, rather than to a pilot group with an evaluation date. Google’s published customer story describes Aria, an agent Arrive built in-house after two acquisitions in one year to connect information across systems, and RFP development going from nearly a week to hours. What that involved, which decisions were taken before the proof was in, what got funded differently and what stopped being called an experiment, is his to tell in the room.
Companies are built on a sequence: someone asks, someone analyses, someone hands it on, someone decides. Take that sequence away, and the reason to organise work into functions and processes at all starts to look different.

Lean in — the company you get when you stop piloting
Mauricio Bozzo is building for a company where every employee works alongside several autonomous agents — not one assistant. His examples run further than saved hours. When an agent assembles ten years of internal history with live external signal, the result isn’t a faster version of the analysis someone used to do — it is a picture nobody in the organisation had before, arriving before anyone asked for it. That is the session: what such a company looks like from the inside, what has to be built underneath to keep it safe and governed, and which work is left for people to do.
- What AI-first means in practice — the concrete shape of a company where work is distributed between people and agents, and what has to be built underneath for it to hold
- What leaning in actually involved: the decisions taken before the proof was in, what got funded differently, and what stopped being called an experiment
- Which work disappears and which work is created — and what that changes about the capabilities worth developing
- What he would tell a leadership team to do in the next ninety days, and what he got wrong along the way

A CIO who has sat where the audience sits
Mauricio spent ten years in procurement before moving into technology leadership: global IT sourcing at H&M, then Global Purchasing Director at Electrolux, reporting to the CIO and the CPO at once. He joined EasyPark Group as Vice President of Information Technology in December 2024 and was promoted to Group CIO of Arrive in 2026.
He knows procurement, so nothing in the story needs translating for the room. The session is deliberately not about the procurement function. It is about the company, and it closes on the question every leader in the room is being asked in some form: what kind of company are we becoming, and what does that ask of me.
The practical question to bring to Stockholm: in your organisation, which AI initiative is still called an experiment, and what would have to be true for it to stop being one?
