EBG Seminar

EBG are well known to enable experience exchange among peers. EBG are also well known to create flawless experiences with the focus on the right things – sharing know-how, getting to a result, being concrete and taking an end-to-end perspective.

A while back EBG conducted a survey among Swedish procurement and finance organizations to find out how willing to change they and their organizations were. The survey reveal that most – but not all – say there is a clear change mandate and that there is some kind of co-operation between functions. How employees and managers should be informed and communicated with to enable the mandated change initiative seems to be fairly clear. But, managers don’t seem to help realize the changes needed and even more striking – there is not enough support in order to communicate and inform those involved and thus the mandated change initiative most likely will not happen as intended. This survey has been the foundation of most questions asked via EBG. The answers indicate the need to take the right steps and focus on the right questions and this is what EBG do.

EBG is teaming up with educators to fill a gap between change and transformation initiatives and realization within sourcing, procurement and finance.

EBG Seminar held October 2016

In the autumn 2016 EBG presented Pontus Wadström, PhD candidate in Industrial Economics and Management at Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm. Pontus also worked with strategy and management issues at Skanska for six years. Previously he has been a management consultant and part of a start up within the health service sector.

The two day seminar is focused on practical advice – an actual business case – and experience exchange within the group.
