EBG | Xperience is an in person, no cost to join summit with limited seats where registrations are binding and may be subject to approval (to ensure one person per company and equal seniority).
Cancellation terms
Signing up is binding (pending approval from EBG) but as an attendee you can replace your presence with a colleague (approved by EBG) at any time. If EBG | Network need to cancel the Focus Day, tickets will be credited a future or re-scheduled event.
EBG is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an event.
If you sign up and get a ticket and do not join the summit nor send a colleague instead of you, EBG will invoice 3 000 sek.
The conference registration include
Workshop between 09:30-15:00, lunch and incredible networking opportunities.
Should people be prohibited to meet in person EBG will enable all sessions online.
Changes in the program
Occasionally changes beyond EBGs control is needed such as change of speaker/moderator, timing etc.
Data protection/GDPR
Your registration details (name/company/title, switch board number/email address) are only shared with workshop expert organizations. Expert organizations may share delegate details with sister company/ies. They may contact you – who they are can be viewed as an Expert Organization which is updated continuously.
They are prompted to treat your details with care and allow you to decline further communication when desired. Your details will be saved by EBG and you will be sent invitations to free of charge workshops, webinars and information about CPO Outlook. You can at any time email EBG at gdpr(at)ebgnetwork.com and in writing ask to have your details erased or opt out in each email. You can view EBGs Privacy Policy here
Unforeseen events
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “unforeseen events” means any cause beyond EBGs reasonable control including, but not limited to, internet failure or breakdown, online tool crashes, pandemics, acts of terrorism, governmental requirements, acts of local or central government or other competent authorities and industrial disputes.
EBG shall not be liable to you for failure to perform any obligation under these terms and conditions or in relation to your booking to the extent that the failure is caused by unforeseen events.
Should we be prohibited to meet in person all sessions will be held online.
Photography during the workshop
EBG may take photos during the summit and possibly others themselves. If you do NOT want to be photographed please email anna(at)ebgnetwork.com and we will do our best to prevent any photos of you being published. We cannot however guarantee it.
