EBG | Network | Nordic Procurement Insights & Events

Procurement knowledge sharing through roundtables, workshops and events

EBG | Xperience 2026 – Planning Overview

EBG | Xperience 2025 was a success! Each workshop day was fully booked with 30 procurement professionals from different companies joining. Informal yet to the point Xperience got a solid 5.5 out of 6 score. In 2026 we visit new cities with the same level of attendees and same quality experience exchange. Each workshop start with a pre-survey benchmark, continue with valid presentations and roundtable discussions including mapping exercises.

Unified 2026 Theme

Procurement at a Crossroads: Building Capabilities, Confidence & Strategic Growth

Turning complexity into capability — together.

In 2026, EBG | Xperience gathers senior Nordic procurement leaders for three focused, discussion-driven workshop days. We explore how procurement enables strategic growth by aligning people, resilience, and technology — then turn those ambitions into practical action.

Why Xperience 2026?

  • Strategic, not theoretical: We address board-level priorities — growth, resilience, sustainability — and translate them into operating models, skills, and execution.
  • Short inputs, deep discussions: Brief reflections from practitioners and sponsors spark roundtables and mapping exercises — where the real learning happens.
  • Senior peer group: CPOs, Heads of Procurement and adjacent leaders (Finance, Sustainability, Supply Chain) exchange what actually works in Nordic contexts.

Core Pillars (explored in every city)

People & Capabilities

  • Redesign procurement roles and career paths
  • Balance expertise, orchestration, and agility
  • Build leadership confidence amid conflicting priorities

Risk, Resilience & Sustainability

  • Govern visibility and accountability across teams
  • Move from Tier 1 compliance to Tier N insight-driven action
  • Embed resilience into decision flows

Tech & GenAI Integration

  • Define what procurement can automate or augment
  • Integrate AI agents and assistants into workflows
  • Align digital investments to business KPIs
