EBG | Play: Deliver cost control through your non-permanent workforce? enabled by Beeline

43% of the average enterprise’s overall workforce is now considered contract, contingent or non-employee and is built on freelancers, independent contractors, professional services and traditional temporary workers – up from just 20 percent a decade ago*.

That is a staggering fact.

During a recent webinar with Beeline facts and figures were run through. The direct and indirect cost control. Who all non-employee workers are. Where they are and what they’re doing. What access they have. If they are compliant. How each individual is performing.

Are procurement and HR collaborating in your organization to move from the Who do we need to What Do We Want To Achieve? HR ususally focusing on “What does my workforce look like (mix of permanent and non-permanent staff)?” and procurement focusing on “Which sourcing channel/ which supplier?”. Together there is incredible power.

What do you know about your non-employee work force

Here you can view and re-view the session where Manfred Vogels, Director Relationship Management – Europe and Chris Jasper, VP, Business Development – EMEA at Beeline share their insights. Find the On Demand session >>here.
