Insight and trends in the Nordic market – Finance and Accounting Business Process Outsourcing
Whether or not you are looking to outsource your finance and accounting (F&A) processes – learn what your peers are thinking and planning for the future!
Deloitte recently conducted a study, ”Insight and trends in the Nordic Market – Finance and accounting business process outsourcing”, with some of the largest companies in the Nordics regarding their thoughts and expectations for finance & accounting BPO. The study shows that F&A BPO has increased with nearly 400% over the past four years.
Looking ahead and given the speed in which technology is evolving combined with the need for both cost reduction and transformation many large organizations face, it is likely that F&A BPO growth will continue. However, there are many considerations to take into account when deciding how to manage your finance and accounting operations and to ensure a successful transformation journey.
In this session Deloitte will share study results and their know-how regarding current trends regarding finance and accounting business process outsourcing.
– What does the current marketplace look like and what expectations are there for the future?
– What are the key drivers for outsourcing – the paradox between low cost and continuous improvement?
– Planning ahead – what homework should be done before transitioning to or increasing outsourcing of F&A operations?
