As procurement organizations grow and develop throughout their maturity journey the need for strengthening the toolbox surrounding sourcing and negotiations increases. At Danish Crown, we have just embarked on a journey to strengthen our strategic toolbox by investing in our capabilities to drive negotiations through e-auctions. We truly believe that e-auctions will be a strong lever to secure future value creation and we are certain that we are not alone with this perspective. Therefore, we would like to invite you in for a benchmark session where we can share perspectives on e-auctions as a negotiation concept and tool, experiences or considerations on similar journeys, and how to successfully adopt e-auctions as a game changer for the procurement deliverables!

Magdalena is an experienced Business Process Expert with a demonstrated history on working on the source to pay procurement transformation with the good understanding of the cross function and department’s dependencies. Skilled in in setting up, developing and optimization processes and driving changes across organizations,

Proficient in designing and the implementation of various procurement ERP tools and systems and drive organisations as they look to transition away from legacy processes and tools, and move to digital solutions.

About Sourcing Outlook

EBG summits focus on bringing great people together based on what each individual want to discuss with others. This has been our goal since the start in 2010 and we have seen many collaborations start through the years.

The summit consist of three elements:

09 CET We start with a welcome and two Mission Insight panels focusing on Sustainability from a procurement perspective & Digital Procurement and what that may mean to the profession and function

Brief break

We continue with 2 x 50 minutes Theme Discussions – online round table discussions where You choose in advance which sessions to join. Each session hosted by an experienced and dedicated moderator (or two).

EBG connect you prior, during and after (if you want to). Smaller groups that share the same interests coming together.

Lunch break

We continue with 2 x 50 minutes online Theme Discussions – new topics and moderators.

Very brief break

We all connect to go through what has been discussed during the day!

16:00 CET The End – EBG will be back with summits in Q3 2022 and then we will meet irl.

As soon as you register you can start choosing what Theme Discussions to join! You must choose in order to get the correct link popping up in your online agenda during the day.
