At Novozymes, management decided to increase focus on analytics with the aim to both understand data and turn insights into actions in order to position procurement to become more strategic. Anne-Sophie is an attorney at law and worked in that capacity at Novozymes for several years. In 2015, Anne-Sophie started working with strategy and development within corporate functions and was asked to head the analytics initiative where she work now. Her background give her a width and a grounded view over business development.
