Per Finnhammar om utvecklingen av kategoristyrningKategoristyrning i Norden är inget nytt. Strategiskt inköp har banat väg för att fler spendområden ska bearbetas med en kategoristyrningsmetodik. I nedan intervju berättar Per Finnhammar hur utvecklingen av kategoristyrning ser ut i Norden och hur företag som vill optimera delar av sin spend kan göra det genom outsourcing. Outsourcing är inte heller det något nytt i Norden, däremot har lokal närvaro och organisering saknats, något som EFFSO vill ändra på.

Det är den konstanta frågan – hur kan företag sänka kostnader, öka fokus på kärnverksamhet och samtidigt skapa beständigt värde inom fler områden?

Outsourcing av t.ex leverantörsreskontra eller mer transaktionsintensiva flöden har dominerat BPO-marknaden länge men en uppåtgående trend är att också se över vilka delar av inköp som kan outsourcas. Förhoppningen EFFSO har är att företag inte ska fokusera för mycket på snabb kostnadsreduktion och kan historien lära oss något så torde det vara att just kortsiktighet sällan lönar sig i längden. Att indirekt inköp, som oftast är föremål för diskussioner kring outsourcing, inte tillhör kärnverksamheten är sant för en rad verksamheter samtidigt som gränsen mellan vad som är en del av försörjningskedjan och vad som inte är det suddas ut allt mer i takt med att allt mer av det vi köper och säljer är tjänster och service.

EBG har nyligen träffat Per Finnhammar, partner på EFFSO. I intervjun nedan med Per berättar han hur de ser på utvecklingen av kategoristyrning och hur de resonerat runt erbjudandet EFFSO utvecklat kring outsourcing av kategoristyrning.
