Besparingar och andra KPI:er är ett ständigt dilemma för inköpsavdelningar, då det inte finns ett standardiserat och accepterat sätt att beräkna, mäta och följa upp.

Trots det så är det av största vikt att alla vi som arbetar med inköp sätter mål, levererar (vilket vi alla gör idag) och genom mätning och uppföljning styr vår verksamhet mot de uppsatta målen. Görs ingen uppföljning vet inte inköpsfunktionen om de är på rätt väg och kan inte heller kommunicera det mervärde man levererar. Mätning och uppföljning är med andra ord både en förutsättning och framgångsfaktor för att nå målen.

ProSourcia AB har via sin Inköpsbarometer genomfört en undersökning avseende mätning och uppföljning inom offentlig sektor. Upphandlingschefer har bland annat svarat på vad de mäter, hur ofta och hur pass nöjda de är.

Vi välkomnar dig till ett webinar den 6 november 2014 kl. 09.30-10.30, då Helena Brynolfsson, ProSourcias VD kommer att presentera resultatet av undersökningen.

Inför detta webinar öppnar vi upp undersökningen igen för att ge dig som inte svarat tidigare en möjlighet att dels delge dina svar och dels få del av rapporten. Undersökningen är öppen t o m 23 oktober 2014 kl 23.45. Du som är Upphandlings- eller Inköpschef inom offentlig sektor är välkommen att delta för jämförbar data. Alla är välkomna till webinaret.
