EBG Network Qlik workshop

Workshopen fokuserar på behovet av att skapa mening av enorma mängder data inom sourcing och inköp. Bland annat belyser vi utmaningar med att dels göra data begriplig för organisationen dels kunna fatta faktaunderstödda beslut som bidrar till sänkta kostnader och ökat värde – nu och på sikt.

Du som deltar arbetar med sourcing och inköpsstrategier i din organisation. Du arbetar med indirekt eller direkt material i enskilda kategorier eller övergripande vilket också det kan vara inom både direkt och indirekt material och tjänster. Ni arbetar troligen med fler marknader än den svenska. Du kan arbeta gentemot centrala sourcing- och inköpsorganisationer och/eller de-centraliserade beställarorganisationer. Du och din organisation kan vara Qlik-användare sedan tidigare men det är också möjligt att du inte är det. Gemensamt för er alla är behovet av ständig förbättring, högst troligen har ni höga målsättningar med tvärfunktionella kommunikationsbehov och en önskan att vilja dela egna och ta del av andras erfarenheter.

EBG | Network lägger stort fokus på att skapa en dynamisk grupp där det finns möjlighet att dela erfarenheter. Qlik delar med sig av hur deras kunder väljer att arbeta och hur de ser behovet av analys av såväl historisk data som framåtblickande analys utvecklas inom sourcing och inköp.
