At CPO Outlook 2025, Michael Hansén, Chief Procurement Officer at SEB, will deliver the keynote “People-Powered Procurement: Transformation in a Risk Averse Environment.”

Why this matters

Driving transformation in a highly regulated, risk-averse industry is never straightforward. Yet procurement leaders are being asked to modernize processes, ensure compliance, and deliver cost efficiency. They are also required to empower teams and improve end-user experience. SEB’s procurement and AP transformation journey shows how change can succeed. This happens when people remain at the centre, supported by strong governance and digital tools.

What will be shared

  • How foundational elements, such as having good control of master data remains critical also in times of rapid technological evolution
  • The importance of keeping the end users at the center.
  • Building engagement for change and empowering people to deliver more

This session is enabled by Coupa.
